General Labor / Warehouse Associate

We are hiring reliable and hardworking General Labor Associates to join our clients’ warehouse and distribution teams. This is a hands-on position that supports daily warehouse operations and order fulfillment.

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle materials throughout the warehouse, including loading, unloading, and moving products.

• Pick, pack, and sort merchandise for order fulfillment.

• Use an RF scanner to scan products and track inventory.

• Stack, organize, and label boxes according to department needs.

• Lift and move items up to 50–60 lbs safely.

• Work on production lines sorting items to the correct departments.

• Perform quality control checks to ensure accuracy and product condition.

• Assist with inventory counts and cycle counts as needed.

• Support shipping and receiving by preparing, staging, and processing orders.

• Maintain a clean and safe work area and follow all warehouse safety rules.

Requirements:

• Ability to lift 50–60 lbs regularly.

• Comfortable standing, walking, and performing physical tasks throughout the shift.

• Ability to use an RF scanner (training provided if needed).

• Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Pay & Schedule:

• Pay starts at $15+ per hour, depending on client and position.

• Overtime opportunities available.

• Shifts vary by client, with 1st and 2nd shift most common.

• 3rd shift positions are limited.

Work Environment:

• Warehouse / distribution center setting.
