Snelling is looking for general laborers to assist them with full-time and short-term work. Duties would include warehouse, loaders/unloaders, palletizers, etc. Must be willing and able to lift min 50lbs CONSISTENTLY throughout the shift.

Principle Responsibilities

• Adhere to preferred methods for inbound palletization of goods
• Palletizing, stacking boxes and staging as needed.
• Ensure pallets are sturdy, wrapped, and safe for storage of goods
• Validate quantities and accurately apply labels
• Work at a brisk pace to complete assigned inbound within an established timeframe
• Must be able to lift min. 80Ibs
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment
• Comply with all safety, security, and company policies and procedures.
• Perform housekeeping duties around the warehouse throughout the shift
• Other duties as assigned by management

Schedule depends on client, openings are on 1st shift/ 10-12hrs shifts when needed

Qualifications

• Proven experience in materials handling and warehouse operations
• Strong background in distribution center processes and order picking
• Familiarity with RF scanners and warehouse management systems
• Capable of heavy lifting
• Previous experience as a warehouse supervisor is a plus
• Must be able to pass background check and drug test
