Searching for a driven and detail-oriented team player to provide the highest quality support services to internal and external customer accounts, as well as our national sales team. This position will have the tools and resources available to be successful.

Responsibilities

· Assist in the warehouse with pulling, checking, packing outbound shipments.

· Assist in the warehouse with receiving inbound inventory.

· Assist in the warehouse with restocking shelves.

· Assist with inventory cycle counts daily.

· Assist with any additional tasks assigned by the manager.

· Follow worker safety and health regulations.

· Respond to orders efficiently so that products are delivered in a timely and accurate manner.

· Adhere to high ethical standards and comply with all regulations.

Customer Service Qualifications

· Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)

· Great organizational skills

· Detail oriented

· Attendance and Punctuality

· Experience in customer service

· Experience in the tire industry (recommended)
