Snelling is now looking for an Office Assistant with accounting experience! Our client is located in Southwest charlotte and is offering a full time- temp to hire position.

Requirements:

  • Experience with purchasing
  • Invoicing and data entry
  • A/P and some receivables.
  • Microsoft office (excel, word, etc.)
  • Outlook and vendor communication
  • Scheduling
  • Phone calls

Must have reliable transportation, ability to pass drug screening and background check.
