Account Support Assistant

JOB DESCRIPTION

Account Support works closely with the Service Account Managers and plays a vital role in ensuring the seamless execution of projects and customer requests. This position is the backbone of service support, directly contributing to the efficiency of operations, handling a variety of essential administrative functions that allow the Service Account Managers to focus on building and nurturing customer relationships.

Schedule is M-F with flexible start time as long as you start before 9am. 40 hours work week, with remote possibilities once you get hired on.

Duties and Responsibilities:

· Create and manage quotes, sales orders, and project data in PSI Penta, ensuring accurate data entry and timely delivery

· Process purchase orders and collaborate with Production Planning/ Procurement

· Create and manage scheduling requests for field service needs, ensuring timely internal communication

· Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Service Account Manager team, allowing them to focus on client relationships

· Update client and request information in our ERP system as needed

· Proactively look for potential conflicts or issues and resolve with little or no manager involvement

· Support the company’s strategic goals and values

 

Qualifications:

· One year experience in an administrative or office support role

· High school diploma or GED required; higher education preferred

· Experience with Microsoft Office

· One year ERP system experience required

· Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills

· Experience working with manufacturing industry customers preferred

· Flexible to perform a wide variety of tasks and change focus as quickly as demands change.
