JOB DESCRIPTION
Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Manufacturing Associates. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in factory operations, mechanical knowledge, and experience with various tools and equipment. This role is essential in ensuring the efficient production of high-quality products while adhering to safety standards.
Right now we are hiring for various clients that work different shifts, mainly 1st and 2nd shift. You must be open to work 10-12 hour shifts.
Duties
- Operate and maintain machinery and equipment on the assembly line to ensure smooth production flow.
- Utilize hand tools and power tools for assembly tasks and equipment maintenance.
- Follow established safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe working environment.
- Conduct quality checks on products to ensure they meet company standards.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
- Assist in the organization of the warehouse, including inventory management and material handling.
- Perform routine maintenance on equipment as needed, applying mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot issues.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or factory setting is preferred.
- Familiarity with operating forklifts is a plus.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to use hand tools and power tools effectively.
- Experience working on an assembly line is advantageous.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment while maintaining individual accountability.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality assurance.
